Last year’s Belagavi Tech Meet had an overwhelming response from startups and professionals. Around 600+ people turned out without much publicity. There is a strong and persistent action by companies in the region to build in Belagavi. There is also a strong desire from professionals to move #beyondbengaluru.
Belagavi has an apt environment for underdogs to thrive. There are already examples of exemplary products and services being built out. This year would mark the formal launch of BETCA (Belagavi Tech Companies Association).
